When opening a ticket and selecting the Requester, the "plus" button refers to "Import A User" when it would be more practical to be "Add User", so you can add a new user without leaving the ticket.

Add a category called Storage

We would need a new category called Storage under Assets. It would be easy to maintain our NAS like Synology and NetApp.

It would be great when if you wanted to assign a ticket to several users, the "add" button would work two or more times without saving. To avoid clicking "add", "save", "add", "save", "add", "save"... every time.

The simple helpdesk.php anonymous ticket creation form should include an optional email address field.
This would record the same details as an anonymous ticket from email.

Permissions to view only my assets( or objects) or of my group.

There could be a possibility of limiting the Read and/or Change of assets only to "Group in charge of the hardware" or "Technician in charge of the hardware".

Because often the same type of asset (such as computers / servers) can be managed by different teams, and the solution of creating different entities is bad.


The same problem occurs with other objects such as licenses, contracts, documents, etc.
