one License to multiples softwares
Many software like Adobe software you pay one license to use a group of software, I think is a good option register multiples software with a same license like:

Actually I need register the same license to each software above...

Associate Contracts to Tickets
I'd like to know if its possible to have a field on the Ticket body (even on the creation) that allows you to associate to a specific Contract from the Entity
The goal is to create and change the SLA of the ticket, based on the selected Contract.
Is this possible?

"opening date" in extended form
As we know, techicians have to open tickets sometimes, they have extended ticket form. When it opens, the "Opening date" is filled and contains the time when "create ticket" button was pressed.
And sometimes, filling the ticket may spend the time. So techincian have to correct the opening date field, otherwise the ticket can be overdued.
My offer is to add button "add with current time", which will correct time first then send ticket form to server/

Integrate GLPI with Power Automate (Connector)
Microsoft power automate allows you to automate tasks, currently there is no connector that allows direct interaction between power automate and GLPI.
It is only possible to communicate both solutions through the GLPI API.
It would be great to have a native GLPI connector integrated into power automate.

Add MarkDown/Wiki/rich text support in notes
It would be great, if the notes which you can e.g. add to computers would support some kind of Wiki/MarkDown/Rich Text to allow to add structured text. We currently maintain extensive Wikipages for each server documenting the initial setup, changes, customizations ecc. of hardware and software. It would make sense to move this information into GLPI, however with text-only it is almost impossible to display longer text in a readable way. Having e.g. MarkDown support (including proper rendering of course :-) would enable the complete documentation workflow in GLPI

Block edition of the ticket description made by the agents.
I request the blocking of the edition of the ticket texts made by the agents. Ticket text can be changed at any time without proper tracking. Ideally, changing the ticket description should be blocked or released only to the technician assigned to the ticket and that the changed text should be recorded in the ticket history.

Separate computer and server in assets
I have a need that is to include servers and desktop in GLPI, but a profile dont have to access the server information.
Today in GLPI this configuration is in the same screen "computer". It will be cool if create a new tipe of asset called "servers" with the same configuration of computer.
